François Boudlet is 33 years old and is trained as a polytechnic engineer in Materials Science (UCL - 2005), which he completed with a 3-year training in entrepreneurship in evening school (training CPME - UCL - 2005).
After a first very positive experience of almost 5 years as Product Manager for tools in floor preparation at the company Husqvarna François continued his education by obtaining an MBA in Marketing Management (ESC Lille - 2008) and he realized his thesis on the strategic development of «Husqvarna" in the applications for floor preparation.
Through his position at Husqvarna Construction François has an excellent knowledge of the applications, tools and various suppliers and actors active in the field of treatment and finishing of concrete floors and floors in natural stone. He also has a very precise vision on the main market trends in terms of future technical and commercial changes. This vision is of course always powered by a participation in international fairs, which allows him to keep informed of technical and aesthetic developments.
In 2010, François created the company «Procotech» specialized in the repair, grinding and polishing of concrete tiles. This company is also active in the realization of resin floors and concrete floors and the renovation of floors in natural stone.
After this good experience and the sale of the company François decided to go with a new challenge and created the company, Sols Concepts, Concepts Sols France and the brand Emotion Pierres, in collaboration with Patrick Guillot.
With the help of Patrick and his team, François now oversees the implementation of all quotations and remains on most job sites in order to get his hands dirty.
His vision of the company is based on an in-depth technical knowledge and a desire to develop genuine social and human relationships within the company and with customers and suppliers.
